Upload 2–4 clear photos of your pet, choose your keepsake, and add personal touches like a name or dates. Our artists hand-sculpt and hand-paint your piece from the photos, and send you a preview for approval before shipping.

What kind of photos work best?

Use photos taken in natural daylight, at eye level with your pet, showing their face and unique markings. Front-facing and side-profile shots together give our artists the most detail.

How long does production and delivery take?

Production typically takes 5–10 business days, then delivery takes 7–15 business days. Total door-to-door is usually 2–4 weeks.

What materials are used, and are they durable?

Our figurines and wall art are carved from solid wood or precision-molded resin, hand-painted with fade-resistant pigments and sealed for protection.

Do you make keepsakes for any pet?

Yes — dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, horses and more. Our artists work from your photos regardless of breed, size or markings.

Can I preview my keepsake before it ships?

Yes. After sculpting we send a photo preview for your approval, and you can request one round of adjustments at no extra cost.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free worldwide on all orders, with no hidden fees at checkout.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

We offer free revisions during the preview stage. If the final piece still isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a redo or refund.
