Your data is protected by standard website security.
1.2 Photo Upload Requirements (For Optimal Keepsake Quality)
To ensure our artists restore every detail of your pet vividly, we recommend following our professional photo standards. Please upload high‑definition, well‑lit photos with a clear view of your pet’s face, eyes, fur texture, and unique marking features. Avoid blurry, overexposed, backlit, or heavily cropped images. Multiple reference photos are supported — you can upload full‑body shots, close‑up facial photos, and daily dynamic photos to help our team fully grasp your pet’s characteristics. In addition, you can leave detailed customization notes, including preferred colors, backgrounds, poses, text inscriptions, and any exclusive creative requests.
2. Full Custom Design Process
After we receive your photos and customization instructions, our professional pet‑specialized artists will launch one‑on‑one custom design work for your order.
Our artists will first sort out your core requirements, analyze your pet’s facial features, fur color, expression and unique temperament, then draft an initial design preview. We polish details, correct proportions and adjust colors to produce a high‑fidelity preview reflecting your pet’s appearance. Each preview is tailored to your submitted pet photos and requirements.
3. Preview & Revision Policy
3.1 Preview Confirmation
Once the preliminary preview draft is completed, we will send the full‑HD design to your registered email. You may carefully check facial features, fur texture, colors, background style, and all custom‑added elements. We never start production before receiving your explicit approval, so the final item matches your approved preview.
3.2 Free Revision Policy
We offer free targeted revisions for detail deviations caused by our design errors or inaccurate pet‑feature restoration before production starts. You may request color tweaks, small‑detail supplements or proportion fine‑tuning within reasonable scope.
Large‑scale creative changes such as replacing reference photos, fully changing artistic styles or adding major new custom content after draft confirmation will incur extra fees, which will be communicated and confirmed with you in advance.
4. Production & Delivery Lead Time
After you confirm the final preview draft, production takes 5‑7 business days. This includes design refinement, item creation and internal quality‑check procedures.
After passing quality inspection, finished goods are packed with protective packaging to prevent transit damage. We work with trusted global logistics partners. Worldwide standard shipping takes 7‑12 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
Note: Minor delays may happen during peak seasons or due to international customs clearance. We will monitor and update order status proactively.

We provide reasonable free minor revisions for detail adjustments before production, for issues stemming from our design inaccuracy. Major creative adjustments or repeated large‑scale rework beyond reasonable scope will require additional fees, to be discussed ahead of time.
Q3: Can I change my custom requirements after placing the FunPetMall order?
You can edit or add custom requests freely before photo submission and draft confirmation. Once the design is locked and production begins, large‑scale modifications cannot be accepted, to protect production schedule and product quality.
Q4: Are FunPetMall keepsakes durable and fade‑proof?
Durability depends on each specific product’s material. Please refer to individual product‑page specifications for material, care and resistance information.
Q5: What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is materially different from your approved design because of our production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos or video of the issue.
If the problem is confirmed to be caused by us or by shipping damage, we will provide a free replacement or remake and free reshipping. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs when a return is required for a confirmed product issue.
